great place in the heart of it all!

perfect location birthday decorations rooftop pool helpful staff

The location is unbeatable. Everything is so close! i appreciated the attentiveness when i provided birthday decorations. They put them up before i arrived. the rooftop pool was a bonus, and the bar there too. the staff was very helpful and kind. I am grateful.

Soundproofing could use some work! i found i could hear corridor noise, like doors opening and closing. It made sleep difficult

the hotel is right at the beginning of khao san road. major temples are within walking distance, such as (temple name). transportation is easy from this location and i did not have any problems.

the room was very clean and well presented, which i appreciated. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the room was perhaps a bit small, but i knew this beforehand, so it didn't bother me much.

I enjoyed the location, right on khaosan road. the rooftop pool was a nice feature and i used it. the front desk staff were very helpful with directions. i appreciated the luggage storage after checkout. I was able to explore.

i found the room walls to be quite thin and could hear noise from the hallway.

rooftop pool clean room perfect stop tiny room no windows zero customer service

the rooftop pool was a touch. we would chill round the pool in the morning. it was very clean our room and perfect for a stop over.

the room we got was not same as what was shown in the picture. i went for checkin. they gave us a tiny room that ended before it started and with no windows very suffocating.
